Alcatel OneTouch announced today a new line of devices. Dubbed the PIXI 4 family, the company will be bringing what are reportedly powerful 3.5-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch smartphones to the market under the PIXI 4 brand.
Alcatel OneTouch didn’t mention any specific specifications, but the company did mention that all three smartphones would be running its own Polaroid software atop of an unspecified version of Android, though it’s likely it’ll be Android 5.1.
Again, there wasn’t much mention on specifications, but the company did mention that its 4-inch and 6-inch smartphones will feature a fast and powerful Qualcomm-made quad-core processor.
The company’s PIXI 4 family of devices is aimed at the entry-level market, and will be some of the slimmest, most compact and colorful devices available, as far as entry-level smartphones go.
There were no specific details on pricing or availability.
