There’s a growing thread on Google’s support forums where Pixel C owners are experiencing troubles with download speeds and problems associated with their Wi-Fi connection. One owner wrote that they’re seeing significantly slower download speeds than that on other tablets. Owners have also indicated that the issue worsens when they get further from their router.
The good news is that Google representatives have responded to the thread and appear to working on a solution. Let’s just hope that the problem can be fixed with a software update and doesn’t need a full hardware replacement. If you own a Pixel C with this issue, your best bet for now is to reset your router, and if this fails to solve the problem just standby until Google issues a statement.
