Images of what is purportedly the final design of the Huawei P9 have shown up online.
The Huawei P9 has leaked in various forms, with some rumors even indicating that the Chinese-based company will launch four different versions of the P9. While Huawei might have some ambitious plans for its P9, it also has a ambitious design, according to these photos.
These images don’t show the Huawei P9 looking drastically different than other smartphones; however, the images show that the Huawei P9’s final design has an interesting dual camera setup on the rear of the device. It also looks to have a nice, brushed metal chassis with a fingerprint scanner on the back.
There will also seem to be plenty of color options for buyers, with the images showing the device off in gold, white, pink and grey, though these colors will likely not all be available in one region/market, as many manufacturers have become accustom to doing.
As a quick refresher, initial rumors indicate that the P9 will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display, a Kirin 955 processor, 4GB RAM, an 8-megapixel front camera, dual 12-megapixel rear cameras, and a 2900mAh battery. The device is also sporting a physical home button, something many manufacturers have moved away from..
We’ll hopefully hear more details on Huawei’s new device soon. The company does have an event scheduled at MWC 2016, so we’ll no doubt be hearing something about it then.
