Karma has cut speeds and angered users with data caps, and now decided to kill the Neverstop plan altogether. However, they are introducing a new plan called Pulse, it is a non throttled high-bandwidth plan.
Pulse offers monthly data plans ranging from 5GB ($40), 10GB ($75), and 20GB ($140). The speeds will be around 6-8 Mbps with max outputs at 25 Mbps. However, there is never any throttling. That may be good or bad depending on how you look at it because if you go over, you will have to pay $15/GB. Although, any additional data bought and not used will be credited back into your account for the next month. You are also allowed up to eight devices on your account, but each time you share your device with someone it will net them 100MB free data and give you a $1 credit.
Karma says the official reason they killed off the unlimited plan was because users were not supposed to worry about data limits, but having to worry about throttling limits was just as bad. I personally would always pick an unlimited plan with throttling if I had the chance, but at least Karma also increased the connected device limit and brought faster speeds than before.
