Check out this odd battery charger from Japanese company Kotaku

We’ve seen odd-shaped chargers before, but this has to be the strangest one we’ve seen yet!

This new battery charger produced by Japanese company Kotaku, is as weird as they get. The charger is a real-scaled person in an odd position. The charger, or person I should say, looks like he’s about to do a handstand, which apparently has history behind it. To charge devices, there’s a USB port embedded into his head. To charge the battery charger, a cable must be plugged into his right butt cheek.

Why would anyone want this? Other than the fact it’s the world’s first real-sized adult man battery charger, I don’t know. We don’t have word on how large the battery capacity is nor its type. According to Kotaku, the charger costs more than a car to produce. It’s going to be real interesting to see the sales figure for this when it comes out! Obviously the charger aka person is not portable considering its size, so there’s no significant benefit of having this over any ordinary battery charger.
