Are you in the market for a new high-end slate? If so, Samsung has you covered.

The successors to the Galaxy Tab S2 models from last year have just hit the FCC. The models will keep the naming scheme and go with the Galaxy Tab S3. Nearly all else has been kept the same as well including the dimensions and design language of the previous Tab S2 iterations.

Judging from the certifications obtained from the FCC, there will be a 9.7-inch Galaxy Tab S3 and a smaller 8-inch Galaxy Tab S3 just like last year. Both will feature the same 4×3 aspect ratio and appear similar in design in nearly every other way. We’re expecting the duo to launch running Snapdragon 652 processors from Qualcomm. Both are also expected to include the same 3GB of RAM as the Tab S2 models and keep the 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras. Both should have multiple storage options and come in several colors. LTE variants will also be available on select carriers.

We’re expecting nothing less than Android 6.0 pre-loaded on these two slates. For more details, check out the FCC documents linked below. We’ll keep you posted when more details unfold.
