ZTE has a new budget-friendly device called the Blade D2. The device has launched in Thailand and Vietnam.
The Blade-T620, or Blade D2, sports a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display. It’s powered by a Mediatek MT6735P SoC with 1GB of RAM. The back of the device houses an 8MP camera and the front side houses a 2MP camera for selfies and video chats. The rear-facing camera is alongside a single tone LED flash.
As for storage, the device contains 8GB of internal memory. It can be expanded for up to an additional 64GB of space with a microSD card, which must be purchased separately. The Blade D2’s body measures 144mm x 69.5mm x 8mm and weighs in at 155 grams. A hefty 4,000mAh battery should provide some nice battery life. Other included sensors consist of 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS. The device runs Android 5.0 straight out of the box.
The device is already up for sale in Thailand and can be purchased online at the company’s Vietnam site. The device costs only 26,90,000 VND or approximately $120 USD. Let’s hope it reaches more regions in the near future.
