So you have a Lenovo phone and are wondering when it will be updated to Marshmallow? Lucky for you, new details show up online when some Lenovo phones will receive the update.
On China’s Twitter equivalent, Weibo, some slides were shown that go over exactly when Lenovo plans on updating their phones with Android 6.0. Phones like the K3 Note, Vibe X3, and Vibe P1 will receive the Marshmallow update early 2016, while other devices will have to wait until July.
Lenovo isn’t very popular in North America, but they do own Motorola. They might be taking a page out of their book and start to update their phones faster now.
