To celebrate its top ranking in the United Kingdom’s customer satisfaction index for January, online retailer Amazon has just kicked off a fantastic deal for all its customers in the region. For the next 12-hours, users of the service will be able to get a £10 discount on any order of £50 or more simply by entering the following promotional code at the checkout: BIGTHANKS.
There are some restrictions, though. The code cannot be used on baby formula, Amazon gift cards or any digital items, such as Audible audiobooks, mobile apps and digital game codes. It also does not apply to the Amazon Marketplace platform either, which means that you won’t be able to save money when ordering your groceries from the Amazon Pantry.

“Spend £50 or more in a single transaction (on a single item or on multiple items) dispatched from and sold by Amazon at the website www.amazon.co.uk (“Qualifying Items”) and £10 will be deducted from your total order value when you enter promotional code BIGTHANKS at checkout (the “Offer”). This Offer applies only to products dispatched from and sold by Amazon, excluding baby formula, digital products (Audible, Digital Documents, Digital Video Download, Digital Music Service, Digital EBook Purchase, Digital Software, Digital Video Games, Mobile Apps), gift cards (Gift Card, Gift Certificates, etc.), products from Amazon Pantry and delivery and handling charges. It cannot be redeemed at any of Amazon.co.uk’s Trusted Partner sites or at any other Amazon site, for example Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.fr or Amazon.it. Each customer may claim a maximum of one Offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or on any pre-existing orders.”
The promotion will end at 23:59 BST on Friday, January 22 — so if you want to take full advantage of this deal, you have a little under 12 hours to do so.
