Password managers aren’t always convenient tools, and in recent days, they aren’t always secure either. Password management company LastPass is aiming to change that with a new version of its service, LastPass 4.0.
Not only does LastPass 4.0 bring an improved and more intuitive password manager to the stage, but it also has a new modern design that’s “cleaner, faster, and bolder.”

Many things have changed in LastPass 4.0, including getting rid of the ability to share passwords through email and text. Instead, the company is offering a more secure way to share passwords through the Sharing Center.
The company has also introduced a new feature that will let you add Emergency Access. This will let trusted family members or friends access your passwords to manage your accounts in the event of an emergency.
LastPass is slowly rolling out the new update to its Android and iOS applications; however, it’s already available on the Web.
