Buyers of anything from OnePlus will be happy to hear that the company is introducing a free standard shipping offer. OnePlus will ship anything to you with free standard shipping as long as your order is at least valued at $100.
Since OnePlus’ devices are all priced over $100, you’ll have no problem saving on shipping while looking for a new phone. And you can always come back and fill a cart with accessories to meet the minimum.
OnePlus really did a nice job spinning this into a customer-first move:
We’ve heard a lot of feedback about our shipping services, which is why we’re proud to implement a change like this. As we are still just a small fish in a very big pond, a change of this size will naturally have a negative impact on our bottom-line. However, if we’re to survive in this blink-and-you’ll-miss-it business we need to be able to offer our users the level of service they’ve come to expect when shopping online.
The items currently sold by OnePlus include the OnePlus 2, OnePlus X, OnePlus One, cases, cables, StyleSwap covers, external battery packs, and earbuds. You can actually pick up a bundle with various accessories to go with your purchase of one of OnePlus’ phones. The OnePlus 2 starts at $329 while the OnePlus X’s base price is $249. So right there you’d already be eligible for free standard shipping. However, you can pick up bundles with cables, chargers, and cases for $28-$67. Even choosing two bundles could make your order eligible for free standard shipping.
