Samsung has just officially opened the doors to its brand new experience center, Samsung 837. Experience center may not even be the right word to describe this beauty with Samsung calling it a “first-of-its kind cultural destination, digital playground and Marketing Center of Excellence” placed in the Meatpacking District of NYC.
This new state-of-the-art building houses a whole mess of things for Samsung. First off it is open to the public. It isn’t necessarily a store in the traditional sense that you can’t buy any Samsung products here, but you will be able to go inside to experience the huge Living Lab and Digital Playground. These two areas span an entire three floors. There are multiple touchpoints, galleries for special events, an auditorium with an absolutely massive screen composed of 96 55″ HD displays, a broadcast studio, and galleries for specially curated events spread across these two areas.

Outside of just an entertainment hub, Samsung customers specifically will have some perks inside this new building. With Samsung+, the free mobile app exclusive to Galaxy owners, users have fast access to live tech support, along with additional perks including access to premium events and experiences.
This building also serves a utilitarian purpose for Samsung. This new building is going to double as Samsung’s marketing center. We all know how huge Samsung’s marketing efforts are, so it is only natural that they go big when making its new marketing hub.
Our very own Justin Herrick got to experience this beautiful new place when getting our first look at Samsung’s brand new flagships the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. I have to admit, I am pretty jealous that he got to experience this place, it seems pretty darn incredible.
