NVIDIA and Square Enix have announced a new partnership that will bring several of SE’s games to the Shield ecosystem. They’re adding five major titles to GeForce Now, which will allow users to stream high quality games directly to a Shield device.
The Tomb Raider reboot is the leading game that was announced, but you’ll also get Sleeping Dogs, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Quantum Conundrum, and Murdered: Soul Suspect. These aren’t exactly the newest games that Square Enix has published, but they’re all still pretty solid choices and not a bad deal considering you get 80 other games with GeForce Now.
GeForce Now offers a free three month trial, after which its $7.99 per month, and it’s only available on NVIDIA Shield devices. So if you have one of their set-top boxes or tablets and want to start a new game, here’s your chance.
