Meizu Pro 6 may include a 10-LED rear-facing flash

We’ve seen smartphones with LED flash, dual-LED flash, and very few with triple-LED flash, but we’ve never seen one with 10-LED flash.

Dual-LED flash is probably the most common on modern-day smartphones, but Meizu thinks that’s far too few. The upcoming high-end Meizu Pro 6 is rumored to include 10-LED flash, which would be a first for any manufacturer. If we glance at some recently leaked photos, the device features a rear-facing flash directly below the camera lens. If you take a closer look at some of the pictures, you’ll notice a ring that goes around the flash, which likely houses the 10-LEDs.

The Meizu Pro 6 is just a few days away from its scheduled release. We’re expecting a large display, premium design, and all fast internals. The camera will likely be the major area of focus, which could provide some great low-light photos using the 10-LED flash. However, nothing can be confirmed until Meizu officially unravels the handset this Wednesday. At that time, we’ll tell you all about it.
