According to import documents from Zauba, it looks like the Moto E (2016) could be undergoing testing using the codename “Affinity.”

The import documents don’t lend us a whole lot of information, though it does indicate that the new handset will be equipped with a 5-inch display and sell for a meager $78. The price obviously isn’t firm and will change before the handset ever becomes available.

On the other hand, seeing a 5-inch display on the new Moto E (2016) would be a nice change, as the current generation sports a 4.5-inch screen. The Moto E has always been a budget smartphone, so there’s no real telling at this point how great that 5-inch display will be.

We’ve been hearing a crazy amount of rumors lately surrounding new Moto devices. Right now, we’ll allegedly be seeing two new handsets sometime in June. We’re not sure what they’ll be called yet, but we should see a new Moto G model, a standard flagship smartphone, and maybe even the aforementioned Moto E.

We’ll just have to sit tight and wait and see what happens!
