It looks like there's more demand for a $1,500 smartwatch than first expected. A new report says that TAG Heuer will begin to make 2,000 units per week of its recently launched Connected smartwatch, versus its current level of 1,200 units per week. This jump in production is in order to meet demand for the expensive Android Wear device.
