Following the unveiling of the impressive Samsung Gear 360 camera, the smartphone group has shared a series of clips filmed with the new device.
The interactive videos uploaded to YouTube include a gripping adventure down the side of a snowy mountain, a group of freestyle Soccer stars doing their thing and a 360-degree ballet performance.
Samsung’s skiing video is our favorite, giving viewers the chance to manipulate the camera manually by clicking and dragging on the YouTube web player.
This latest move from Samsung is an effective way of showing the potential of the Samsung Gear 360 camera, especially in the hands of filmmakers and sports fanatics.

The Samsung Gear 360 was unveiled at MWC and offers up the chance to capture 360-degree video available to view through Gear VR. The device is rocking a pair of fisheye lenses each containing 15MP image sensors, able to record high resolution content that can be shared to a number of social media platforms.
Samsung’s Gear 360 is powered by a 1,350 mAh battery and is set to drop in ‘select countries’ during the second quarter.
