The team over at T-Mobile have put together a Samsung Galaxy S7 unboxing video with a difference, uploading the entertaining clip to YouTube this week.
In the latest video uploaded to the smartphone carrier’s YouTube channel, T-Mobile’s device expert Des can be seen unboxing the Galaxy S7 and discussing its features through a snorkel.
The video serves as an effective way of hammering home the fact that Samsung’s latest flagship device is waterproof thanks to an IP68 certification.
During our hands-on session with the Galaxy S7 at MWC, Samsung’s Suzanne De Silva showed us that it’s perfectly fine to spill water on the smartphone’s screen.

As expected, plenty of big U.S. carriers will be supporting the Samsung Galaxy S7 when it goes on sale on March 11, including the likes of Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile.
Samsung’s Galaxy S7 was one of the most hyped smartphones in recent memory, and now the world can finally feast its eyes on the gadget’s curves.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 arrives with a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, 4 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 820 / Exynos 8890 chipset. When it comes to cameras, the rear shooter is a 12 megapixel offering, whilst the front of the device features a 5 megapixel camera.
We’re very keen to get our hands on the Samsung Galaxy S7 once again for some further testing, so we’ll keep you posted.
