It’s Sunday, the time of the week when Talk Android brings you a report on some of the very best applications we’ve been using over the course of the past seven days. Today we’re focusing our attention a unique stock keyboard replacement, a fun photo manipulation tool, a must-have companion for all Amazon Prime Now subscribers and last, but not least, a fun survival game.
GIF Keyboard
The first application we’re looking at this week is a unique replacement keyboard for your Android-powered smartphone/tablet. This particular offering enables you to communicate with friends and family by using short videos as opposed to traditional words. GIF keyboard is home to over 3-million fantastic GIFs, which can be sent or stored in your own personal library for use at a later date — so if you happen to stumble upon a GIF you like, but don’t want to use it at that precise moment in time, you can save it in an easy-to-access location ready for use when the perfect occasion arrises.
FaceSwap
Have you ever wondered what your face would look like on a particular celebrity’s body? If so, wonder no more. With FaceSwap, you can cut a face from one photo and paste it over the top of another. Of course, you don’t have to do the face juggling yourself. You simply input the two images into FaceSwap, and it will do the mash-up for you. My favorite functionality within this application is the Face Bomb effect, which enables you to put your face on up to 6 people in the same photograph. The results are pretty amusing, to say the least.
Amazon Prime Now
If you’re an Amazon Prime Now subscriber, the next application we’re looking at is a must-have. Prime Now for Android lets you browse through a vast range of different products, over 5,000 in fact, from categories such as technology, gardening, groceries and gift cards, which are eligible for one-hour delivery. I found this service a godsend when I forgot my nephew’s birthday. Not only did I manage to get him the game he wanted, but his favorites sweets, too.

Stack
Up last this week, we have a fun survival game called Stack. The overall concept is simple. All you have to do is tap your device’s display to pile the blocks on top of each other in an attempt to build the tallest tower you possibly can. The more blocks you add, the more difficult it gets to stack. Once you miss a block, and it falls to the ground, it’s game over. Progress is tracked by the height of the tower and is stored on a leaderboard, which you can compare with friends.
