If you thought the most recent Google Calendar update had it all, you were wrong! Google has updated its Calendar application yet again for Android users.
The new Google Calendar update will be available to Google Apps for Work users and Education customers. In the update, you’ll notice a new action allowing you to ‘find a time.’ Similar to the goals feature that was introduced a few weeks ago, this ‘find a time’ feature will use everyone’s schedule to find an open slot to hold an activity like a meeting.
If Google can’t find an open slot between all the calendar users, it’ll leave it up to you to set the date and time. This will even adjust for members located in different time zones. The time zone difference will be taken into account automatically.
Google for Work users and Education customers should be able to update to the latest version in the forthcoming days. Be sure to let us know how you’re liking it.
